We have implemented the ISO 9001 in our units to promote product and service guideline adherence for the permanent improvement of the products.
The requirements of the guideline help to improve internal processes and better skill development of collaborators, working environment monitoring and customer satisfaction checks, plus a better quality management system. Today, the manufacturing units that have the certification are Eletrik, Cutelaria, Delta, Garibaldi and Multi.
